Рулет или рецепт очень удачного бисквита

Пышный, мягкий, легко сворачивается (как в теплом, так и в холодном виде), не ломается, не сухой, вкусный... ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ:

Стакан - 250 мл

Бисквит:
1/4 ст. молока
2 ст. л. сливочного масла
100 г муки
40 г крахмала
1 ч. л. разрыхлителя (или 1 ч.л. соды без горки)
2/3 ст. сахара
1/4 ч. л. соли
3 яйца

Начинка:
любая

РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ:

Бисквит:
Разогреть духовку до 190С.
Застелить пергаментом противень размером ~ 42х30 см. (у меня 25х37см)
В кастрюльке нагреть молоко со сливочным маслом почти до кипения.

Взбить миксером яйца и сахар до увеличения массы втрое (она должна иметь консистенцию густого крема). Взбивать около 10 мин.

Просеять муку и крахмал с разрыхлителем и солью.

Всыпать мучную смесь во взбитые яйца, аккуратно перемешивая снизу вверх лопаткой.

Отложить несколько ложек теста в тёплое молоко с маслом и перемешать.

Влить массу в основное тесто, перемешать.

Выложить тесто на противень, разровнять и выпекать около ~ 15 мин (зависит от вашей духовки. Если передержать, рулет может поломаться, т.к. пересушится.  У некоторых Готовится за 6 минут Экспериментируйте). Готовый бисквит будет иметь золотистую поверхность.

Готовый бисквит можно свернуть рулетом сразу или после остывания.

Далее.. Бумагу сняли

Растопили немного клубничного джема, смазали

Сверху взбитыми сливками (200 мл сливок пол стакана сах. пудры)

Свернули

И тут же разрезали. Даже никакая пропитка не нужна - мягко, вкусно!

Vilan mellan sista träningspasset och maxning blev längre än tänkt men snart är det dags så idag var jag in via gymmet och aktiverade nervsystemet. Några set böj och bänk med tillräcklig vikt för att väcka kroppen och engagera den till den grad att den behöver ta i lite men inte för mycket för att det ska ta mer än det ger. 웜업 4세트째에서 개수 다 못 채운 순간부터 의욕사라짐. 사실 월요일치고 굉장히 우울하고 실망스럽고 여러가지로 아무런 의욕이 없는 날이었는데, 오늘 다시 운동 시작하지 않으면 쉬는게 너무 길어질 것 같기도 하고 보통 이렇게 쳐지는 날도 운동하면 기분이 좀 회복되니까 일단 헬스장왔는데...오늘 정말 최악인듯.

1 tsp hemp seeds 
30g low fat organic yoghurt (if desired)
4 fresh strawberries, diced
1 kiwifruit, diced

🔘  take 1 mason jar with lid + add in oats + protein powder, mixing well
🔘  pour in water, mixing thoroughly, slice kiwifruit + strawberries, adding to the top of the jar
🔘 sprinkle hemp seeds on top + place lid on jar, placing into the refrigerator to set
🔘 leave to soak overnight, ready for the following day's breakfast!

9 week out. 🇩🇪Warum leuten die 15 cm grosser sind als ich fragen mich wieviel ich wiege und dann wundern sie sich dass ich so viel wiege wie sie und sie ohne muskeln? Natürlich dass sie so wiegen wie ich! Denk doch nach! 15 cm ist schon 15 Kg. Klar mit mehr musklen wiege ich noch so viel wie du! und zwar 15 kilo mehr muskeln als du. Und sogar 20 kg mehr muskeln. Weil du 25% fett hast und ich nur 8,5% .
